Western Bay of Plenty Region

Western Bay of Plenty Trust

Overview

Life Education Trust Western Bay of Plenty (WBOP) was originally formed in 1994. Some of the original founders of WBOP Trust are still part of our Trust today and continue to contribute to its success in this area.

In 2015 we reached nearly 12,000 students and visited 42 schools in this area. WBOP Trust has many community sponsors including Toyota Pacific and Grace Hospital. This also includes all the local trucking companies who move Harold around from school to school. Priority Logistics, Omokoroa General Carriers, Bosselmans Transport and Page Earthworks. Please also see the supporting companies below who help in this area. The area we cover is from Katikati to Pukehina including Otamarakau.

Our Trust is supported by local community people. They are like-minded people who believe in the benefits of mobile classrooms and all the Life Education Trust programmes that are delivered to our schools. The Trust is committed to seeing LET continue in our schools in this region.

We have grown over the years and we now have two mobile classrooms in this region.
