Western Bay of Plenty Region

Overview

Life Education Trust Western Bay of Plenty Region was formed in 1993. We deliver the Life Education programme to over 12,000 children at 50 primary and intermediate schools between Katikati and Otamarakau.

We could not deliver the programme without the ongoing support of our major sponsors, Grace Hospital, Pacific Toyota Tauranga and Priority Logistics.

Grace Hospital and Pacific Toyota Tauranga both provide motor vehicles for our educators to travel to the schools.

Priority Logistics helps to move the classrooms between schools, and takes care of all the logistical problems associated with keeping two mobile classrooms on the road.

We are very fortunate that the Trust is supported by many Western Bay businesses. These include Page Earthworks, Bosselmann Contracting, Raymond Transport and Readfields, who move the two mobile classrooms and our lovable mascot Harold the Giraffe from school to school.
