Wairarapa Tararua & Central Hawke's Bay

The Life Education Wairarapa and South Hawke's Bay Trust has been successfully delivering the Life Education programme to children throughout this region.

In 2023 our Trust reached 3,743 tamariki in 33 schools. The Trustees and Educator work hard to raise funds to keep the mobile classroom running and to ensure that all operational costs and educational expenditure is covered.

Our Educator

Holly Reeves

Holly is our Educator for Life Education Wairarapa, Tararua and Central Hawkes Bay.  Holly has a profound connection to the Wairarapa. She was born and raised in Whakaoriori and has returned after a brief time living in Wellington.

Holly’s journey into the realm of early childhood education commenced in 2009, marking the beginning of her fulfilling engagement with tamariki and rangatahi.

Driven by a desire to empower and inspire, Holly finds immense satisfaction in collaborating with schools, parents, and communities to create a nurturing environment conducive to the holistic development of our tamariki and rangatahi. For Holly, it a privilege to contribute to a supportive network aimed at fostering growth and wellbeing in our children.

As a devoted mother of five, Holly's personal experiences affirm the significance of initiatives like Life Education, which she passionately supports. She eagerly aligns her own values with Life Education's vision, striving to empower tamariki to make positive choices for their futures. Beyond her professional endeavours, Holly cherishes moments spent with loved ones amidst the breath-taking landscapes of the Wairarapa. Castlepoint holds a special place in her heart, serving as a backdrop for the creation of wonderful memories made with family and friends.
